Stephanie Ruhle’s Early Life and Education

Stephanie Leigh Ruhle was born under the zodiac sign of Capricorn on the 24^th December 1975, in Park Ridge, New Jersey USA, where she was raised alongside her sister by their single mother Louise, in a Roman Catholic household. In the course of the next several years, Ruhle honed her skills, climbed the professional ladder and eventually became the highest producing credit derivatives salesperson in the US, which led her to be named as the Vice-President of the company’s investment banking division Credit Suisse First Boston.

In 2003, Stephanie transferred to Deutsche Bank AG where she served in its hedge funds department as a credit salesperson. In the course of the next eight years, Ruhle became the managing director of the company’s Global Markets Senior Relationship Management department. During her tenure, she had also founded and launched the Corporate Investment Bank’s Global Market Women’s Network, with the main focus on helping women to climb to leadership positions in the business.

Stephanie Ruhle’s Television Career

After 14 years spent in finance, Ruhle then guided her career’s focus towards television, and in October 2011 she joined the global TV network Bloomberg Television, beginning her on-camera career as a co-host of the two-hour long early morning program entitled “Inside Track”. In the following year, she was regularly featured in the “Market Makers” broadcast, before becoming a co-host of “Bloomberg GO”.

Due to her professionalism, Stephanie Ruhle had a chance to profile and interview various important figures in the world of business, finance and politics, including Lloyd Blankfein the CEO of Goldman Sachs, the CEO of J.P. Morgan Jamie Dimon, fund managers Stanley Druckenmiller and David Tepper,  the former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, the former Vice-President of the United States Al Gore as well as the magnate Russell Simmons, and the current President of the United States Donald J. To  greater prominence Stephanie came in April 2012, when she was among the first correspondents in the world who reported on the “London Whale” – a J.P. Morgan Chase trading loss of over $9 billion. In April 2016, Ruhle joined NBC News where she began as its political and business correspondent. Since then, Ruhle has also been hosting the networks’ news program the “MSNBC Live” and also regularly appears in the “Weekend Today” news and talk-show. In 2017 she served as the host and the correspondent of the “Deadline: White House” political talk-show, focused on events on Capitol Hill, while also being regularly featured in the “The Beat with Ari Melber”, “Today”, as well as in the “Velshi & Ruhle” program for which she is not only the host but one of the writers too.
