Who is Ariel Tweto?
Ariel Tweto is a reality TV star, who achieved stardom by appearing in the Discovery Channel show “Flying Wild Alaska”, which showcases Ariel’s and her parents’ daily activities in the airline company Era Alaska. Since then, she has become a TV star, and is now the host of the show “Native Shorts Presented by Sundance Institute’s Native American and Indigenous Program” (2013-2019).
Ariel Tweto Wiki: Age, Childhood, and Education
Born Ariel Eva Tuadraq-Atauchaq Tweto on the 14th December 1987 in Unalakleet, Alaska USA, she is the daughter of Jim Tweto and his wife Ferno. Her father was an ice hockey player and moved to Anchorage, Alaska, where he met Ariel’s mother. Ariel has a sister, named Alya, with whom she spent her childhood in Nome Census, Alaska. After finished high school, Ariel enrolled at Emerson College, but would later transfer to Chapman University in Southern California, from which she obtained her bachelor’s degree in communications.
Career
Ariel’s parents started the airline company Era Alaska, and as she got older, she wanted to become a pilot. Her parents had nothing against it and helped her in large part to obtain her license. As the Tweto’s business developed, they were becoming more popular in the world and were approached by several production companies for their own show. As a result, “Flying Wild Alaska” was launched in 2011.
Rise to Prominence
Wanting to become a pilot had its benefits, but also its setbacks; for instance, Ariel still wasn’t a certified pilot, and the first season of the show follows Ariel on her way on obtaining her pilot’s license.
The show became an instant hit, launching Ariel to stardom. “Flying Wild Alaska” lasted until 2012 and had three seasons, before the seasons’ finale, and Ariel’s test. Her father retired, and since then, Ariel has taken over the chair of the company. Though “Flying Wild Alaska” hasn’t been renewed, Ariel is still a television star, as since 2013 she has been the host of the show “Native Shorts Presented by Sundance Institute’s Native American and Indigenous Program”, and was also a part of the documentary “Flying Again” back in 2016.
Plane Crash
The nature of her job is quite dangerous, and as a result young Ariel faced a number of unpleasant situations while in the air, including not only piloting, but also paragliding and other activities. Luckily, she hasn’t had any major troubles like near-fatal plane crashes, and has managed to safely land plane or glider, whenever she started experiencing problems.
Ariel Tweto Net Worth
Ariel has become quite a popular TV personality, and the Era Alaska company is still running quite successfully too, which also contributes to her wealth.
As of late 2019 net worth ~$1 million.
Ariel Tweto Personal Life, Dating, Boyfriend, Is She Married?
Unfortunately, Ariel isn’t one of those celebrities who tend to share every detail from their personal life; in fact, Ariel is quite opposite and has done all to secure her private information.
Back in 2008, Ariel was a part of the show “Wipeout” during which she said that she had never been kissed. Well, now there is a possibility that this changed, as according to reports, Ariel is in a relationship with Nicholes Cole. However, she is yet to confirm her romantic status. One thing is certain, Ariel is not married.
She has launched her own philanthropic organization, Popping Bubbles.

Where is TV star front Flying Alaska today?
Is she still going to college? It’s been what ten years now? Anyway I wish her the very best always ❤️🙌🏼🙏🏻
I would really like to take a 24hr ferry to Alaska and help with the pilots there. I have almost 11,000 hours in fixed wing and left the airlines after covid. You were recommended to me by an honorable Captain. Please call or email me if we can work together. I very much would love to be in Alaska and feel out the aviation scene. Thank you.
