Bakhar Nabieva was born on 8 April 1994, in Baku, Azerbaijan, and is a bodybuilder as well as a social media personality, best known for earning fame through the social media website Instagram on which she posted a lot of personal photos showing off her physique. She’s particularly known for her large leg muscles which could rival most men.
The Riches of Bakhar Nabieva
How rich is Bakhar Nabieva? As of early-2019, sources inform us of a net worth that is at , earned through a successful career in fitness and social media. Her online fame has led her to numerous opportunities and she’s also tried her hand at bodybuilding competitions. As she continues her endeavors, it is expected that her wealth will also continue to increase.
Early Life and Fitness Beginnings
Very limited information is available about Bakhar’s childhood, and her family. It is known that she developed her passion for fitness at a young age, beginning when she was attending high school. During her time there, she was often bullied and humiliated for possessing a very lean physique which in turn led her to joining a gym to prove her bullies wrong.
During her first gym session, she barely knew anything about fitness and exercise and didn’t really know what to do, opting to try various machines. Eventually, she gained access to bodybuilding magazines which helped in increasing her knowledge. Most of her fitness practices are self-taught, and the insight she gained from these magazines helped her in making the most out of her gym visits. While she wasn’t fully motivated at the start, what really got her going was when she started to notice a transformation in her body, which led her to continue her fitness goals.
Rise to Fame
Nabieva started earning popularity when she joined the social media website Instagram, and began posting photos showcasing her body. The service owned by Facebook allows users to upload videos and photos, which could then be edited through filters, and organized to share publicly or to pre-approved followers; users can then browse photos by locations and tags. After the website’s launch, Instagram grew hugely in popularity and has over 800 million registered users since 2017. The website has also had its share of controversy, mainly related to its policy changes.
Since posting on her account, Bakhar quickly gained a lot of followers, now reaching over 2.4 million. She mainly shows off her physique through photos and videos. Aside from her online fame, she mentioned that she competes as a professional bodybuilder in the bikini fitness category, but it hasn’t been something she has been very interested in. One of the reasons she dislikes competitions is due to the diet restrictions, which would in turn reduce her energy as she won’t have enough of the proper food she needs for training.
Training Routine
Bakhar is known to train with a focus on muscle groups she likes the most. She mentioned that she loves training her legs, and so has a lot of exercises focused on them, with routines for her quads, hamstrings and glutes. The main exercises are the leg extension, leg press, squats, and hamstring isolation exercises, using weights and doing around 6-15 repetitions depending on the exercise. She also enjoys lateral exercises.
Since she is not a big fan of dieting, she often has a varied diet, eating a lot of meat, eggs and cakes. According to her, her food intake is one of the reasons she is able to work out effectively. She usually has higher calorie intake during workout dates which help prevent any unwanted fat storage. Her online fame has led her to be sponsored by the Canadian company Dragon Pharma which focuses on bodybuilding supplements as well as exercising apparel and accessories. She is one of the many fitness athletes and models who are sponsored by the website. Due to this, she does a lot of sponsored posts, which helps her gain extra income and to gain products to help with her workout.
Personal Life
For her personal life, not much is known about Nabieva’s romantic relationships; she manages to keep that aspect of her life away from the spotlight. She has mentioned her desire to one day start her own family, as she posted pictures of families with bodybuilding parents. Similar to numerous fitness models, she maintains a strong presence online through regular uploads on her Instagram account. Recent months have seen more development on her body, and she has recently taken to hear the title of freak, even wearing large contact lenses to match her large physique.
Aside from her Instagram account, she also maintains a YouTube channel which has over 17,000 subscribers. She mainly posts videos related to bodybuilding though it includes other types of videos as well. She has video blog (vlog) types of posts and features other popular female bodybuilders on her channel. While she used to post regularly on her channel, it has been inactive for the last six months. She is known to use her online fame and physique to help her gain business opportunities including her sponsorships. However, aside from her work with Dragon Pharma, she has not yet revealed any new projects.

[on how he became involved in Click (2006)] If it's something I feel I can do alright, I like being in those, and some that I think Rob Schneider and David Spade would be funnier at than me, I tell them to do it. I don't have any clue how we decide. There's this thing, this "Click", actually, one of my friends called me up, my partner told me about this idea that Steve Koren had. Steve Koren, by the way, the guy who wrote it with Mark O'Keefe, Steve Koren I've known since I was 22. He was a page at Saturday Night Live (1975). He would answer the phones and he'd give us phone messages and then he'd give you a message and he'd say, "Oh yeah. I wrote a joke." And he'd tell you the joke and you go, "Hey. Steve Koren's pretty funny" and then all of a sudden he's written Bruce Almighty (2003) and this thing and he's a giant writer and he's just a great guy. And anyway, they told me about the premise of the movie and asked if I was interested in that and I didn't even read the script, I just said, "Yeah. That's a huge idea, it sounds great." That's how I decided to do this script, just off three sentences about what the movie's about, I knew it could be awesome.
2
To be honest with you, when I got into this I never thought about reviews. I never thought about what people would say about me. I was just a young guy who was excited to become a comedian and an actor and I just wanted to get to do what I got to do.
3
I wasn't a kid growing up thinking, "One day, I'll get an Oscar and make a speech." That wasn't on my mind. I want to just do the best work I can do.
4
I never had a speech from my father [saying], "This is what you must do or shouldn't do", but I just learned to be led by example. My father wasn't perfect. He had a temper. I took some of that. He would snap, but the older he got, he started calming down. He learned about life, but the thing that he taught my whole family was that family was the most important thing and, no matter what, if a family member needs you, you go and help them out, you get there. He just made us feel comfortable and respectful to other families, my mother also... part of my father having a temper led to me developing a sense of humor to calm the old man down. That kind of sense of humor.
