Jill was born to John and Maxine Hennessy. Her father was a meat salesman and her mom, who worked as a secretary, left the family back in 1982. As a result of that, Jill was raised by her grandma, Eleanor in Kitchener, located in Ontario. Hennessy has a twin sister Jacqueline, and a brother named John Paul Hennessy.
