Bakhar Nabieva was born on 8 April 1994, in Baku, Azerbaijan, and is a social media personality as well as a bodybuilder, best known for gaining fame through the website Instagram on which she’s posted a lot of photos showing off her physique, which rivals even that of men who frequent the gym.
The Net Worth of Bakhar Nabieva
How rich is Bakhar Nabieva? As of mid-2019, sources estimate a net worth that is over $250,000, earned through success in her various endeavors. Her online fame has led her to numerous opportunities, including sponsorships by fitness and supplement companies. As she continues her endeavors, it is expected that her wealth will also continue to increase.
Early Life and Fitness Beginnings
There is almost no information that has been shared publicly about Bakhar’s family and her childhood. According to her, she developed a strong interest for fitness at a young age, as during high schoo, she was often bullied due to her very lean physique. Wanting to prove her bullies wrong, she decided to start going to the gym to develop her body. However, when she started out, she barely knew anything about exercise, and didn’t really know what to do.
She spent most of her first few weeks at the gym just trying out various machines. It wasn’t until she got access to bodybuilding magazines that her knowledge in the field started to increase. She was mainly self-taught, using the magazines’ articles to help her make the most out of each gym visit. She wasn’t really motivated to begin with, and it wasn’t until she was starting to see results in her body that she decided that what she was doing was worthwhile.
Online Fame
Nabieva went mostly under the radar despite the significant developments of her body, and didn’t gain any attention until she joined the social media website Instagram. The website is owned by Facebook, and is one of the most used social media services in the world. It allows users to share photos and videos through the platform. A user friendly interface and integration with other social media services has contributed to its rise to fame. According to several sources, Instagram has over 800 million registered users with around 500 million actively using the website on a daily basis. This is despite all of the criticisms Instagram has received due to its abrupt policy changes.
After creating her account, she began posting videos and photos of herself at the gym, showing off her strong physique. This in turn would lead her to gain attention quickly as not only was she unusual but a lot of her followers also found her attractive. She has gained over 2.4 million followers on the platform, and has also participated in bodybuilding competitions though she doesn’t prefer them, as competitions tend to limit your diet. She mentions that restrictions on her food reduce her energy not giving her enough of the food she needs to train properly.
Bakhar Nabieva’s Routine
Bakhar loves to focus on muscle groups she enjoys seeing develop the most, particularly the legs and as a result, she has one of the most developed legs compared to most female bodybuilders. She has routines that focus on each part of her legs including glutes, quads and hamstrings. She enjoys using machines that exercise the legs, often involving weights with six to 15 repetitions depending on the exercise. She does not like dieting, and has a varied diet, taking in meals that will help her gain enough energy. She eats a lot of cakes, eggs, and meat.
What she does to balance her diet is to make sure that she only takes higher calories during days that she works out, to lessen unwanted fat. Her fame has led her to numerous sponsorships and advertising deals, including with the company Dragon Pharma which creates bodybuilding supplements. The company is based in Canada and also offers workout accessories. She is one of the fitness models who have been featured in the website, and the posts are responsible for helping elevate her net worth, as each post leads to high amounts of money due to her high follower count.
Personal Life
For her personal life, Bakhar now lives in Kiev, Ukraine, but not much is known in terms of any of Nabieva’s romantic relationships. She keeps that aspect of her life away from the public eye, though she has mentioned her desire to one day start a family. It is likely that she will date a fellow bodybuilder who she can share gym days, with as evident from her posts. She maintains a strong online presence with regular uploads of photos and videos to her Instagram account. She has recently embraced the title freak, as she has been labelled by some due to her physique which has been deemed by critics as unnatural.
Aside from her Instagram posts, she also has a YouTube account with her channel having over 17,000 subscribers. She mainly posts videos related to bodybuilding, and also video blog (vlog) videos showcasing a bit of her life. She used to post actively on the channel, but has been inactive for over half a year and it is unknown if she will post on the website any time soon. She has videos there promoting her sponsorships and business opportunities, including her work with Dragon Pharma.

[on how he became involved in Click (2006)] If it's something I feel I can do alright, I like being in those, and some that I think Rob Schneider and David Spade would be funnier at than me, I tell them to do it. I don't have any clue how we decide. There's this thing, this "Click", actually, one of my friends called me up, my partner told me about this idea that Steve Koren had. Steve Koren, by the way, the guy who wrote it with Mark O'Keefe, Steve Koren I've known since I was 22. He was a page at Saturday Night Live (1975). He would answer the phones and he'd give us phone messages and then he'd give you a message and he'd say, "Oh yeah. I wrote a joke." And he'd tell you the joke and you go, "Hey. Steve Koren's pretty funny" and then all of a sudden he's written Bruce Almighty (2003) and this thing and he's a giant writer and he's just a great guy. And anyway, they told me about the premise of the movie and asked if I was interested in that and I didn't even read the script, I just said, "Yeah. That's a huge idea, it sounds great." That's how I decided to do this script, just off three sentences about what the movie's about, I knew it could be awesome.
2
To be honest with you, when I got into this I never thought about reviews. I never thought about what people would say about me. I was just a young guy who was excited to become a comedian and an actor and I just wanted to get to do what I got to do.
3
I wasn't a kid growing up thinking, "One day, I'll get an Oscar and make a speech." That wasn't on my mind. I want to just do the best work I can do.
4
I never had a speech from my father [saying], "This is what you must do or shouldn't do", but I just learned to be led by example. My father wasn't perfect. He had a temper. I took some of that. He would snap, but the older he got, he started calming down. He learned about life, but the thing that he taught my whole family was that family was the most important thing and, no matter what, if a family member needs you, you go and help them out, you get there. He just made us feel comfortable and respectful to other families, my mother also... part of my father having a temper led to me developing a sense of humor to calm the old man down. That kind of sense of humor.

[after getting laser eye surgery] Now I realize how ugly I am.
