Who is Rouba Saadeh?

Rouba was born in Lebanon, on 15 April 1987 – her zodiac sign is Aries, and she holds Lebanese nationality. She’s a graphic designer, while she’s probably known best for being the former wife of Italian actor, model and singer Michele Morrone.

Early life and education

Rouba was raised in Lebanon alongside her brother and sister, by their parents about whom not a lot is known, as Rouba respects their privacy; it’s said that her father was the owner of a cake store, and that her mother worked at it.

She became interested in drawing and painting at a very early age, but by the time she reached high school, Rouba began dreaming of becoming a famous model.

She was physically quite active during her teenage years, as she played a couple of sports with her peers, and also ran track; she joined her school’s drama club when she was 16, and appeared in a couple of school plays.

Rouba matriculated in 2005, and then enrolled at College Notre-Dame de Jamhour, Baabda in Lebanon, while she eventually transferred to Lebanese American University in Beirut, from which she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic designing in 2009; she continued her education at the same college, and came away with a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2011.

Rouba has also studied fashion designing at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy, as well as at Central Saint Martins, London (England).

Rouba’s career

Rouba launched her career in 2010, when she began working for the company Alfa MIC1 as their graphic designer; she spent close to three years with them before moving to fashion label Elie Saab, working as an assistant to the head of the design team.

She launched her own concept store – Les Paradis Des Fous – in 2013.

Rouba returned to Elie Saab in June 2019, and began working as their senior co-ordinator; she’s also today working as a freelance graphic designer.

Love life and marriage with Michele Morrone

Rouba and Michele haven’t spoken of the circumstances under which they met, nor the exact date, but it’s believed that they were set up on a blind date by a mutual friend in 2011.

They were together for a couple of years prior to exchanging vows in 2014, in a private ceremony attended by only the closest of their friends and family members; they organized two events for their wedding, one in Italy, and the other in Lebanon.

Rouba gave birth to their son Marcus in 2014, and their second son Brado followed in 2017.

Rouba and Michele divorced in 2018, for unknown reasons, while it’s believed by some that Michele had cheated on Rouba with a fellow actress; this hasn’t been confirmed.

Neither of the two have spoken of any other people whom they have perhaps been with, so as of May 2022, Rouba seems to be single, was once married to Michele Morrone, and has two sons with him.

Hobbies and other interests

Rouba is highly active on Instagram, and apparently enjoys the attention which she’s receiving from her close to 150,000 followers; she has uploaded nearly 300 pictures onto the network, most of which feature her during her everyday life.

Rouba’s physically highly active and has multiple training sessions at the gym every week, thus her slim figure; she’s also following a strict diet, and avoids eating sweets and fast food.

She’s a fashionista, as she’s trying to keep up with all of the latest fashion trends, and has attended some of the most popular fashion events, such as those organized in Paris, France and Miami, Florida.

Who is her former husband Michele?

Michele was born in Reggio Calabria, Italy, on 3 October 1990 – his zodiac sign is Libra, and he holds Italian nationality.

He’s appeared in close to 20 movies and TV series, while he’s perhaps known best for his portrayal of the lead character Massimo Torricelli in the 2020 romantic movie “365 Days”, written and directed by Barbara Bialowas and Tomasz Mandes, and which also starred Anna Maria Sieklucka and Bronislaw Wroclawski. It follows member of the Sicilian Mafia Massimo, who has fallen in love with sales director Laura; the movie won one of the six awards for which it was nominated.

Michele was raised in Reggio Calabria alongside his three older sisters, by their father Natale who was a construction worker and who passed away in 2003, and their mother Angela who’s a seamstress. Michele was 11 years old when he watched the movie “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”, and then decided that he would one day become a famous actor.

He attended a local high school, and upon matriculating in 2008, enrolled at Teatro Fraschini di Pavia, from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in acting in 2012.

He launched his acting career in 2011, when he played the supporting character Ricardo in the web series “Second Chance”, but which was cancelled after airing only three episodes; the following years saw Michele appear in a number of Italian short movies, including “E la Vita Continua” and “Il Tempo di Una Sigaretta”.

He made his debut TV series appearance in the 2015 episode “Passioni Sprecate” of the mystery comedy “The Teacher”, while he gained recognition in 2018, when cast to play the lead character Valerio in the comedy movie “L’Ultimo Giorno del Toro”.

It was written and directed by Alessandro Zizzo, also starred Lidia Cocciolo and Debora Muscoso, and follows the shy and awkward Valerio, who spends nearly all of his time with his books.

Michele’s currently shooting for the upcoming movie “Duetto”.

He’s been nominated for only a single award: a 2021 Razzie Award for Worst Actor, for his performance in “365 Days”.

Michele’s also a singer and guitarist, and released his debut album “Dark Room” on 14 February 2020.

He’s also a YouTuber, having launched his self-titled channel on 16 January 2020; it’s today subscribed to by close to two million people, and numbers nearly 300 million views of all his videos combined. Michele mostly uploads his music videos onto the channel.
