Who is Brandon Buckingham?
American social media personality and YouTuber Brandon Buckingham, was born in Maryland USA, under the zodiac sign Leo on 28 July 1995. He’s perhaps known best for his self-titled YouTube channel, which he launched on 31 December 2012, and which is today subscribed to by over 450,000 people; all of Brandon’s 172 videos combined have been viewed nearly 40 million times, and although he was initially focused on uploading videos which feature him interviewing random people in the street, he’s since transitioned to posting vlogs and videos, in which he’s reviewing various products, places and venues, taking on internet challenges and travelling around the world.
Education and early life
Brandon was raised in Maryland alongside his older brother Kyle DeLane, by their parents about whom Brandon’s yet to speak in public as he respects their privacy; it’s widely believed that his mother’s a registered nurse and his father a doctor, but this hasn’t been addressed by Brandon. His brother Kyle recently died from an unknown cause.
Brandon studied at a local high school in Maryland and was passionate about a number of activities during his four years there, as he enjoyed playing soccer, taking acting lessons and dancing. He eventually became interested in programming and video editing, which then led him to launch his YouTube channel.
Brandon matriculated in 2013, and although he’s yet to speak about his further education, most of his fans believe that he attended University of Maryland, Baltimore County from which he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2017.
Even though Brandon’s career revolves around his internet presence, he’s also into other things; since 2019, he’s been working as an art teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools System.

Even though Brandon has a Facebook page,as well, he isn’t as active on this network as on his Twitter and Instagram accounts. His most recent update was on 11 August 2023, when he uploaded a new profile picture, and he seems to be mostly using Facebook to promote his other social media accounts.
Over 70,000 people are following Brandon on TikTok today, and he’s amassed over 2.6 million likes of all his videos combined; his TikTok clips are usually short versions of his YouTube videos, with most featuring him reviewing various places and products, interviewing random people in the streets, and travelling around the world.
Love life and relationships
Brandon rarely speaks about his love life on the internet, but has featured his girlfriend Sofia Rosenzweig in a couple of his YouTube videos.
Sofia and Brandon met in 2016; it’s widely believed that they were set up on a blind date by mutual friends, but this remains unconfirmed. Sofia prefers to stay away from media, which is why she’s recently deactivated her Instagram account; it’s known that she attended Nova Southeastern University, from which she graduated sometime in the second half of the 2010s. Sofia’s profession remains undisclosed, but most people believe that she’s today working as an elementary school teacher.
There are no other girls whom Brandon’s perhaps been with, that we know about; he’s in a long-term relationship with Sofia Rosenzweig as of October 2023, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.

Brandon’s into philanthropy, and there are a couple of charities to which he usually donates money, mostly into helping underprivileged children and those who’ve lost their homes in natural disasters.
He’s a huge fan of British actor and comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, and some of Brandon’s favorite movies are “Borat”, “The Dictator” and “Ali G Indahouse”.
