The daughter of Paul Melas and Elizabeth Murphy Melas, Chloe spent her childhood in Atlanta, but then moved to Dallas, Texas with her parents. She went to Episcopal School of Dallas, and upon matriculation enrolled at Auburn University, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Radio, Television and Film.
Chloe started her climb in the corporate world by joining CNN as a news assistant, however, after less than a year she left her post and launched the HollywoodLife.com portal, with the help of Bonnie Fuller. Morgan himself responded to the claims with an apology, saying that he often tends to joke and compliment which some might find odd or inappropriate. The entire case reached Freeman’s lawyer, who asked CNN’s president, Jeff Zucker, for an apology and a retraction of the published post.
