Joey was born in Abington on 20 April 1976 – his zodiac sign is Taurus, and he holds American nationality. He has close to 100 acting credits, while he’s probably still known best for his portrayal of one of the lead characters Joey Russo in the popular family comedy series “Blossom”. It was created by Don Reo, also starred Mayim Bialik and Jenna von Oy, and follows the life of a teenage girl; the series aired from 1990 to 1995, and won four of the 17 awards for which it was nominated, including a 1993 Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Lighting Direction (Electronic) for a Comedy Series.

Joey was raised in Philadelphia alongside his younger brothers Andy and Matt, both of whom have become actors, by their father Joseph Lawrence Mignogna who was an insurance broker, and mother Donna who was an elementary school teacher and personnel manager.
