Born Danay Aguilar Garcia on the 5th July 1984, in Havana, Cuba, she is the daughter of a Chinese-Italian father and Spanish-Cuban mother. From an early age, Danay was intrigued by the performing arts, especially dancing, and she started attending dancing lessons when she was 10 years old.
