After graduating, Gilmher wanted to pursue a career in modelling. However, he began his career on TikTok. Through his funny lip-sync videos, Gilmher was able to gather a lot of fans, and within a short period he accumulated millions.

After more than two years of posting photos on TikTok, Croes eventually created a YouTube channel which he named CroesBros, actually a collaboration with his younger brother, which now has more than 750,000 subscribers; he also has a self-titled YouTube channel that has over 80,000 subscribers.
