She began with founding the Mighty Mommies Fitness in 2006, which aims to help women take care of their bodies during pregnancy, and later raising their families. In 2010, Calabrese began working as a personal trainer at Equinox, and her skills in training helped her become a highly sought-after expert in the Los Angeles fitness community. Two years later, she created a new program for eating called “Change My Plate” to help families become familiar with how they should be eating. Her popularity has helped her become a trainer of several celebrity clients, including Rachel Zoe, Brooke Burke and Tom Bergeron. She also is a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist, writing for several online publications.
Her exercises have been featured by various publications, such as Daily Candy, C Magazine, LA Parent, and The Palisidian Post. She was also invited to become a celebrity guest instructor for the Power Up Sundance held at Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort. She focuses on fitness, nutrition, and behavior that can help a person attain physical and mental wellbeing – one of her most popular programs is the 21 Day Fix. It is known that Autumn married a restaurant manager – unnamed – and they have a child together. She has mentioned that her husband has been a source of strength as he supported her throughout while both raising a child and developing a business. However, their marriage fell apart as he moved back to San Diego for work, and their differences eventually led to a divorce. They remain in contact despite being divorce and she continues to develop her business.
