Concerning his early life, Justin apparently spent his childhood in Washington, D.C., where he was raised alongside two brothers, named Aki and Kenzo, by their father, Ken Hakuta, who is an inventor and television personality, and their mother, Marilou Chantiller.
Justin attended Sidwell Friends School in Washington D.C., then upon matriculation in 2000, he enrolled into Tecnológico de Monterrey, located in Mexico, where he studied from 2002 to 2003. They immediately started dating, and in November of 2014, Justin and Ali exchanged their wedding vows.
