Lisa was raised in Washington D.C. alongside her older brothers. During her high school years, she played hockey and lacrosse, but tore anterior cruciate ligaments, which forced her to stop playing. After the accident, Lisa became interested in politics, with the help of her father who worked as an aide to a senator on Capitol Hill. Following her high school matriculation, Lisa enrolled at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, from which she graduated in 2007 with a degree in political science and development.

Career start, Political Analyst position

Following her graduation, Lisa found a place in the US House of Representatives as a staff assistant, and then in 2010 assumed the position of communications specialist for congressmen, senators and Super PACs. After two years which Lisa spent learning about her job, she started filling in as the representative for the Congress member, Sandy Adams. Gradually Lisa’s career was improving, and in 2014 she was the senior director of the Black Rock Group during the elections. After that, she was appointed as frontwoman for Tommy Thompson in the senate elections, which led her to a spot at WPA, after a while becoming part of the executive team of WPA Research. Following her success at WPA, Lisa was recruitedwith the Fox News Channel (FCA), and since then has become an integral part of several Fox News primetime shows, serving as political analyst and commentator. She has been the co-hostess of the popular show “Outnumbered”, as well as “Fox and Friends” and “The Five”. Aside from working as an analyst, Lisa is also a successful strategist, and with her company, High Noon Strategies has contributed advice to the Republicans.
