Nicoletta was raised in France by her parents, about whom not a lot is known as she respects their privacy; it’s said that her mother was the owner of a bakery, and that her father was a chef. Because Nicoletta hasn’t mentioned having any siblings, most fans believe her to be an only child.
She grew up being a huge fan of Chinese culture, watching Chinese both live-action and animated movies, and learning a bit of Mandarin language all on her own.

The movie follows the life of the last Emperor of China, and won 69 awards, including nine Oscars, while it was nominated for 22 other awards.
