Who is Lisa Vicari?

German actress, screenwriter and director Lisa Vicari, was born under the zodiac sign Aquarius on 11 February 1997, in Munich, Germany. She has 27 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for starring as Luna in the 2017 thriller movie “Luna’s Revenge”, which also starred Carlo Ljubek and Branko Tomovic, and was directed by Khaled Kaissar. It follows Luna whose family’s been murdered during their vacation in the mountains, while she’s now discovered that her father was a Russian agent; the movie won two of its nine award nominations.

Education and early life

Lisa was raised alongside her brother Nicolas Vicari in Munich by their parents who are both doctors, but about whom not many other details have been disclosed as Lisa respects their privacy; she’s of Italian descent.

She fell in love with acting at an early age, and was 10 when she began taking an improvisational theatre course. Lisa was 13 when she made her debut film appearance, portraying Anna in the 2009 short drama “Tunnelblicke”, and she’s been active in the film industry ever since.

She studied at a local high school in Munich, and was into a couple of activities during her time there, as she enjoyed running track, playing volleyball and dancing. Lisa’s appeared in six TV series. Her debut was playing Nadine Schmolzer in the 2013 episode “Ohne Vergebung” of the crime drama “Under Suspicion”, which starred Senta Berger and Rudolf Krause, and was created by Alexander Adolph; it follows the life of a female detective, and the series won four of its 13 award nominations.

The year 2014 saw Lisa play Vanessa Willski in the episode “Tod eines Lehrers” of the crime drama “Die Chefin”, and in 2016, she played Jenny Saiber in the episode “Das Halstuch” of the crime drama “SOKO Munchen”, which starred Wilfried Klaus and Michel Guillaume, and follows members of a police unit from Munich as they’re solving crimes.

Lisa portrayed Jasna Nemec in the 2017 episode “Amour Fou” of the crime mystery “Tatort”, and from 2017 through 2020, she played Martha Nielsen in 20 episodes of the crime mystery “Dark”, which starred Karoline Eichhorn and Louis Hofmann, and was created by Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar. It follows the disappearance of two children from a small German town; the series won eight of its 33 award nominations.

Lisa’s only other TV series role has been portraying Sarah in all 10 episodes of the western “Django”, which stars Nicholas Pinnock and Matthias Schoenaerts, and was created by Leonardo Fasoli. The series follows the gunslinger Django as he’s searching for his daughter in the Wild West, and has been airing since 2022.

Other credits

Lisa’s the writer, producer and director of the upcoming short drama movie “Coup de Grace”.

She’s made a guest appearance in a couple of German talk-shows, but the names of these haven’t been recorded.

It’s widely believed that Lisa dated German actor Dennis Mojen in 2020, after they’d met on the set of the movie “Isi & Ossi”; Dennis has 50 acting credits, and is perhaps known best for starring as Emil Hellberg in the 2019 romantic comedy “Dreamfactory”. The two were spotted spending time together on multiple occasions but both have stated that they’re only good friends.

Rumors have recently begun spreading around the internet about Lisa being in a relationship with German actor Louis Hofmann; he has 37 acting credits and is perhaps known best for starring as Jonas Kahnwald in the series “Dark”, which was also how he and Lisa met. Louis and Lisa enjoy spending their spare time together, but neither has addressed the rumors concerning them dating.

Lisa seems to be unattached as of September 2023, hasn’t married and doesn’t have children.
