Who is Camren Bicondova?

American actress and dancer Camren Renee Bicondova was born in San Diego, California USA, on 22 May 1999, making her zodiac sign Gemini. She has eight acting credits to date, and is perhaps known best for starring as Selina Kyle aka Catwoman in all 100 episodes of the popular action crime series “Gotham”, which also starred Jada Pinkett Smith and Ben McKenzie, and was created by Bruno Heller. It follows life in Gotham City before Batman, the series aired from 2014 through 2019, and won seven of its 69 award nominations.

Camren’s currently shooting for the upcoming movie “Festival of the Living Dead”.

Education and early life

Camren was raised as an only child in San Diego by her father Joshua Bicondova who was in the US Navy, and mother Jessi Bicondova who was a housewife.

Camren was six when her parents enrolled her at dancing school, and it was not long after this that they all moved together to Hawaii. Camren went on to take hip hop, jazz and funk dance lessons there, and was already an ‘elite protégé’ of THE PULSE on Tour at the age of 11.

She was 12 when she made her debut TV series appearance, portraying Little Highlighter in the 2011 episode “Throw It Up” of the family comedy “Shake It Up”, which starred Bella Thorne and Zendaya, and was created by Chris Thompson. It follows two teenagers from Chicago, Illinois who are dreaming about becoming professional dancers, the series aired from 2010 through 2013 and won three of its 22 award nominations.

Camren matriculated in 2017, and then focused on acting and modelling rather than enrolling at college.

Roles in movies

Camren’s debut film role was playing Prissy in the 2012 musical “Battlefield America”, which starred Marques Houston and Mekia Cox, and was written and directed by Chris Stokes; it follows a young businessman who’s been sentenced to community service, and is now helping a group of misfits prepare for a big underground dance competition. The movie received mostly negative reviews.

The year 2014 saw Camren play Girl #1 in the popular horror thriller “Girl House”, which starred Ali Cobrin and Adam DiMarco, and was directed by Jon Knautz and Trevor Matthews. It follows a young college student who’s moved into a house which streams video to an X-rated website, while a deranged fan’s now found her address and has come to kill her.

In 2015, Camren portrayed Cam Cam in the music video “8 Flavahz: No Flex Zone”, and her only other film role has been voicing Abigail’s Mother in the 2020 short drama “3 Days Closer”, which starred Sophia Tatum and Annika Derman, and was written and directed by Alejandra Soto. It follows the relationship between a girl, her mother and grandmother.

Roles in TV series

Camren’s had only one other TV series role besides in “Shake It Up” and “Gotham”.

She voiced the lead character Selina Kyle aka Catwoman in all six episodes of the 2016 short animated crime drama “Gotham Stories”, which also starred Robin Lord Taylor and Nathan Darrow, and follows the newest challenge to Penguin’s leadership – Mr. Freeze.

Other credits

Camren produced the 2020 short drama movie “3 Days Closer”.

She was featured in the 2014 TV special “DC Comics Night at Comic-Con 2014 Presenting Gotham, the Flash, Constantine and Arrow”, the 2021 short music video “K. O. A.: I’ve Been Here Before” and the 2021 short documentary film “DC Villains – Catwoman: The Feline Femme Fatale”.

It’s widely believed that Camren’s today in a relationship with American actor David Mazouz, whom she met on the set of the series “Gotham”; David has 23 acting credits and is perhaps known best for starring as Jake Bohm in all 26 episodes of the popular 2012 science fiction mystery series “Touch”, which won two of its 14 award nominations.

Camren hasn’t confirmed the rumors about her and David, nor has any evidence been provided to support these.
