Who is Leo Abelo Perry?

American child actor Leo Abelo Perry was born under the zodiac sign Capricorn on 27 December 2012, in the USA. He has only five acting credits, but has already made a name for himself in the film industry; Leo’s perhaps known best for playing Little Brian in the 2023 action crime adventure movie “Fast X”, which starred Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez and Vin Diesel, and was directed by Louis Leterrier. It follows the son of drug kingpin Hernan Reyes who wants to avenge his father by killing Dom Toretto and those dear to him; the movie was nominated for two awards.

Leo’s debut TV series role was portraying Young Justin in the 2021 episode “Big Dumb Life” of the comedy “The Big Leap”, which starred Ser Darius Blain, Simone Recasner and Scott Foley, and was created by Liz Heldens; it follows a group of teenagers as they’re about to enter a dance competition.

Leo’s only other TV series role has been playing 9 Years Old Devante in the 2022 episode “That’s What Friends Are For” of the critically acclaimed comedy “Black-ish”, which starred Marcus Scribner, Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson, and was created by Kenya Barris. It follows a black man as he’s raising his children in a predominantly white neighborhood, the series aired from 2014 through 2022, and won 74 of its 321 award nominations.

Leo’s debut film role was playing Luca in the 2022 family comedy “Cheaper by the Dozen”, which starred Zach Braff, Erika Christensen and Gabrielle Union, and was directed by Gail Lerner. It follows the lives of the Baker family which numbers 12 members, and the film was nominated for two awards.

Leo’s only other film role has been portraying Chip in the 2022 family adventure “Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration”, which starred Ariana Grande, Rita Moreno and Martin Short, and was directed by Hamish Hamilton. It’s a live musical adaption of the animated movie “Beauty and the Beast” and it won one of its nine award nominations.
