Who is Leo Abelo Perry?
American child actor Leo Abelo Perry was born under the zodiac sign Capricorn on 27 December 2012, in the USA. He has only five acting credits, but has already made a name for himself in the film industry; Leo’s perhaps known best for playing Little Brian in the 2023 action crime adventure movie “Fast X”, which starred Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez and Vin Diesel, and was directed by Louis Leterrier. It follows the son of drug kingpin Hernan Reyes who wants to avenge his father by killing Dom Toretto and those dear to him; the movie was nominated for two awards.

Leo’s being raised in Los Angeles, California by his mother Claire Perry who’s a high school basketball coach; he hasn’t talked about his father in public and it’s widely believed that the man is out of the family picture, while Leo’s father figure is his uncle Jack John Perry who’s an American actor, musician and composer. Because he’s yet to speak about having siblings, Leo’s believed to be an only child.
He’s currently attending a local elementary school in Los Angeles, and is interested in a number of other activities besides acting, as Leo enjoys playing basketball with his peers, takes guitar lessons and practices creative writing. He’s already made plans for his future as he wants to pursue a college degree, however, this seems quite far at the moment and what Leo wants is likely to change in the upcoming years.

Leo’s debut TV series role was portraying Young Justin in the 2021 episode “Big Dumb Life” of the comedy “The Big Leap”, which starred Ser Darius Blain, Simone Recasner and Scott Foley, and was created by Liz Heldens; it follows a group of teenagers as they’re about to enter a dance competition.
Leo’s only other TV series role has been playing 9 Years Old Devante in the 2022 episode “That’s What Friends Are For” of the critically acclaimed comedy “Black-ish”, which starred Marcus Scribner, Tracee Ellis Ross and Anthony Anderson, and was created by Kenya Barris. It follows a black man as he’s raising his children in a predominantly white neighborhood, the series aired from 2014 through 2022, and won 74 of its 321 award nominations.
Roles in movies
Leo’s debut film role was playing Luca in the 2022 family comedy “Cheaper by the Dozen”, which starred Zach Braff, Erika Christensen and Gabrielle Union, and was directed by Gail Lerner. It follows the lives of the Baker family which numbers 12 members, and the film was nominated for two awards.
Leo’s only other film role has been portraying Chip in the 2022 family adventure “Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration”, which starred Ariana Grande, Rita Moreno and Martin Short, and was directed by Hamish Hamilton. It’s a live musical adaption of the animated movie “Beauty and the Beast” and it won one of its nine award nominations.

Leo appeared in the 2023 episode “Inside Scoop with Abelo Perry” of the talk-show “Star Confessions Podcast”.
Leo’s active on a couple of popular social media networks and has already built a fanbase for himself on Instagram; over 110,000 people are following him on this network today and he’s posted more than 220 pictures and videos, with most showing during his everyday life, whether he’s playing basketball at school, playing cards with his mother, or joining the SAG AFTRA strike. All of Leo’s social media accounts are co-managed by his mother.
He’s followed by only 46 people on Twitter, having posted only nine times; Leo launched the account in February 2022 and has revealed in his bio section that he’s not planning to tweet often.

Leo’s a highly social boy and has many friends at school, while he also finds it easy to get along with his fellow actors, whether they’re his age or a lot older than him.
It’s widely believed that Leo’s too young to be dating, however, some of his fans have claimed that he has a crush; it’s believed that Leo and his crush have been seen having ice cream together in Los Angeles, but this remains unconfirmed.
There are also rumors circulating the internet today, claiming that Leo is dating a fellow actress but this hasn’t been confirmed either.

Leo enjoys spending time with his friends and he’s featured them in a number of his Instagram pictures and videos.
