Later Work
In 2010, Maeve worked on the television series “House”, starring Hugh Laurie as the unconventional medical genius Dr. Gregory House, then appeared in “The Runaways”, a biographical film about the 1970s rock band of the same name, also starring Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart, which received generally favorable reviews and also did well at the box office. Maeve’s next notable project was in the CBS television series “Golden Boy”, in which she was cast as the younger sister of Theo James’ character in the crime series which ran for a season.
In 2014 she was given a role in “Chicago PD”, which is a police procedural drama, but her character was eventually killed off in 2015, during a crossover event with “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”, and “Chicago Fire”. She then went on to star in her latest television series “The Magicians” which airs on Syfy, and is a fantasy series based on the novel of the same name written by Lev Grossman, now set for a fourth season in 2019.
Personal Life and Relationships
Stella has mentioned through social media that she is Native American, specifically Cherokee and Blackfoot when she was asked for further details. She is known to have dated a few celebrities, including a brief relationship with Scott Mescudi aka Kid Cudi – the couple attended a few events together during 2013. She also had a relationship with Jordan Rock, the brother of Chris Rock, and the two appeared at the John Varvatos 13th Annual Stuart House Benefit but the relationship also seemed to have been brief. Stella is still officially single.
