Born in Gary, Indiana, Randle always had a passion for performing, that led her to first study dance, and then comedy later on in her life. She was educated at Beverly Hills High School, where she was enrolled in the school’s program for exceptionally gifted children.

Right after finishing her education, Randle’s career started as a theater actress. She became part of the Los Angeles Inner City Cultural Center,and was involved in a number of productions including roles in “Sonata”, “In Command of the Children”, “6 Parts of Musical Broadway”, and “Fight the Good Fight.” Her early years as an actress helped establish both her career and also her net worth.

In 1987, Randle’s big career break came when she became part of the movie “Maid to Order”, after which she was then cast in other movies, including “Easy Wheels”, “Heart Condition”, and “King of New York”. Her growing career also gave her the chance to work with world-renowned directors including Spike Lee, and so she appeared in some of his movies, namely “Jungle Fever” and “Malcolm X.” Her early years in film confirmed her as a premier actress, and also tremendously increased her wealth.


Randle continued to act in more big-budget and mainstream films, and was able to appear with well-known actors as well. In “CB4” she worked with comedian Chris Rock, and in “Bad Boys” and “Bad Boys II” starred alongside Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. She also appeared in the movie “Space Jam”, in which she appeared with Michael Jackson.


In terms of her career in television, Randle appeared in various series, including “The Apartment”, “Seinfeld”, “A Different World”, and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” She also played the role of Natalie Cole in the TV movie “Livin For Love: The Natalie Cole Story.” Her career in both film and television helped immensely in her career and net worth.

Today, Randle has taken a break from the spotlight. Her last appearance on television was in “State of Mind”, in which she was a series regular, and her latest acting stint to date was in the short film “Ink.”
