Who is Brooke Hogan?
Born Brooke Ellen Bollea on the 5th May 1988, in Tampa, Florida USA, Brooke is a versatile personality involved in music, acting and wrestling – actually probably best known to the world as the daughter of Hulk Hogan, the legendary professional wrestler, and therefore the stage name – Brooke Hogan.
Early Life, Brother, and Education
Music Career
Having influential parents helped Brooke a lot in launching her career; in 2002 she signed a record deal with Trans Continental Records, and with the help of Rich Cronin, released the lead single “Everything to Me” in July 2004, however, her album was shelved and never released. Still, she went on tour with Hillary Duff and later Backstreet Boys, which supported her singles, and once the touring ended, Brooke changed her record label, signing with Scott Storch’s Storch Music Company and SoBe Entertainment. She released a duet with the rapper Paul Wall “About Us”., then her debut album “Undiscovered” came out on the 24th October 2006, and reached No. 28 on the US Billboard 200 chart, and topped the US Indie Chart. The album sold 127,000 copies in the US, which in large part increased her net worth. Since then, Brooke has released two more studio albums -“The Redemption” in 2009 and “I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend” (2015), but to lesser success than her debut release.
Television Career
Acting Career
Brooke is also an accomplished actress; she made her debut in 2012 with the role of Sandy Powers in the black comedy film “Sand Sharks”, starring next to Corin Nemec and Vanessa Evigan. The same year she featured in the film “2-Headed Shark Attack”, and had a voice role in the animated TV series “China, IL” (2012-2013). She then focused more on her music career, but returned to the screen with a role in the crime-drama horror film “L.A. Slasher” in 2015, while in 2016 she appeared in another horror film – “Give Me My Baby” – originally entitled “Stranger Inside”. Most recently, she starred in the horror film “School of the Dead”, which is completed but is yet to receive its release date.
Career in Wrestling
Brooke made her first appearance in WWE as a part of the Saturday Night’s Main Event, next to her father, and had an encounter with Randy Orton who flirted with her. During the same episode, Randy Orton challenged her father to a SummerSlam match, and after Brooke and Hulk got out of the WWE building, Randy RKO-ed Hulk at a parking lot. Randy caused even more controversy when he brought a fake Hogan family on stage during one of the WWE Raw episodes, and kissed the fake Brooke.
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling
After that infamous appearance, Brooke took a break from WWE and the wrestling world on the whole, but returned in 2012 by signing a contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), as an on-screen authority figure, and also as a backstage consultant to the TNA Knockouts. She remained there for a year, then left TNA alongside her father as he was also released from his contract.
However, most recently, Brooke announced that she is starting her own Wrestling Promotion, Daughters of Wrestling, with help from Roddy Piper, Kerry Von Erich, and Diamond Dallas Page.
Do You Know How Rich this Marvelous Reality TV Star, Musician and Actress is?
Since taking her first steps in the world of entertainment in the early 2000s, Brooke has tried herself in many areas, which has steadily increased her net worth thanks to her successes. Pretty decent, don’t you think?
Do You Know if Brooke Hogan is Married, Dating or Single?
Brooke was apparently (secretly) married to the professional wrestler Bully Ray, from early to mid- 2013, then hit the news with her engagement to Dallas Cowboys American Football center Phil Costa, but only from the 29th June 2013 until the 24th November when Brooke called it off. Since then, Brooke has been involved romantically with a number of celebrities, but nothing serious or long-term.
