At the age of two, Posey had already started appearing in commercials including a notable one with Kodak. She went on to become a Disney catalog model, and also appeared for promotional campaigns of companies such as Old Navy, plus in the music video “Sweet Sweet Baby” by Macy Gray, in which she played a younger version of the artist. She would then gain a lot of popularity when she was cast in the ABC sitcom “My Wife and Kids” at the age of four, starring Damon Wayans as the patriarch of a semi-dysfunctional middle class family who uses a unique parenting style to teach his children life of lessons.
