Early Life and Parents
He is Caucasian and he has brown hair and eyes. He was born into a family of Italian ancestry, to Salvatore and Rose Maniscalco. In 1998 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career, and began performing at open mics in bars and bowling alleys, concurrently to working as a waiter at the Four Seasons Hotel, located in Beverly Hills. He continued working at the mentioned place until 2005, when he began became a full-time performer at The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Beginning the new era of his career, Sebastian soon gained recognition among the audience.

Maniscalco made his acting debut with the role of Dance Club Manager in “Complete Savages” in 2004, and followed by working on “The Very Funny Show” and “Pro-Semitism: Law”. In “The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature”, Sebastian provided voice recordings for Johnny and in 2018 he landed the role of Johnny Venere, one of the main characters of “Green Book”. In the same year, Maniscalco worked on “Cruise”, which is still in post-production.
