Bachelor in Paradise Controversy
Corrine often showed herself as a villain of the show, which is a typical role seen in each of the seasons – she is one of the cast members who always gets into conflict with others. She was not able to win her season though, as bachelor Nick Viall would go on to choose Vanessa Grimaldi.
However, her appearance in the show led her to be cast in the spin-off “Bachelor in Paradise”, which features cast members from both “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” in an elimination style competition, during which The cast members are isolated in an exotic location. The couples then pair-up, and those left without a pair are sent home while other surprise arrivals are added to try and shake things up. During its fourth season, production was halted due to allegations of sexual misconduct between Corrine and “The Bachelorette” contestant DeMario Jackson in which the two played victims as the cameras were still rolling after they were intoxicated and started sexual advances. After an investigation, it was declared that there was no misconduct, and filming resumed soon after.
