Flagg spent his formative years in Los Angeles with his family, mother Cindy Flagg nee Platt and father Michael Flagg. The series entitled ‘’Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’’ eventually aired on Bravo in August 2006, and the series kept its original cast throughout the first four seasons. In the following season, a new member named Josh Altman joined the cast, and after the sixth season of the show Hildebrand left it, which made Flagg the only remaining member of the original cast. Flagg and Altman were later on joined by David Parnes and James Harris for the seventh season.
