Qerim has stated that she is half Italian and half Albanian. In 2016, she started dating former professional basketball player turned sports analyst Jalen Rose. While very little information has been shared about their relationship, there have been rumors of them being engaged, though there has been no confirmation from either of them. In 2018, she announced that she is suffering from severe Endometriosis, which is a condition that affects the tissue that covers the inside of the uterus. In that condition, the tissue grows outside of the uterus causing chronic pelvic pain and infertility. While the cause has not been clear, most pain happens during menstruation and sexual intercourse.
