Qerim began her career in journalism by signing with the CBS Sports Network as an anchor and reporter. She covered numerous sports for CBS but mainly handled college football, but also the NCAA Tournament and the US Open tennis tournaments. She also worked as an anchor in the studio hosting numerous programs, including “Bracket Breakdown”, “MaxPreps Lemming Report”, “Full Court Press”, and “SEC Tonight”. Eventually she made her move to ESPN, and would start covering UFC wrestling events for the sports network; she also co-hosted the annual World MMA Awards several times.

Molly began by covering college football for ESPN and ESPN2, becoming the interactive host for “College Football Live”, and she also became a reporter for “Fantasy Football Now”, which led her to an Emmy award thanks to her contribution to the show. In 2018, she announced that she is suffering from severe Endometriosis, which is a condition that affects the tissue that covers the inside of the uterus.
