She went on to appear in the “Prince Hours” romantic TV series, while she also hosted the “Fantastic Partner” show and received the Best Newcomer in a Variety Show Award.
Park’s rise to prominence
Park became somewhat popular and her name could have been seen over the Internet after her role of the heroine in the “You’re Beautiful” romantic comedy TV series – she is also credited with two soundtracks for the movies “Lovely Day” and “Without Words”. She went on to appear in the “Cyrano Agency” film in 2010, a low-budget movie which wasn’t expected to become as successful as it did, actually one of the most selling movies in that year in Japan; thanks to her performance, Park received the Most Popular Actress Award.

With whom she had relationships?
Park is quite secretive about her past affairs, and has never shared the names of the men she’s dated, however, rumors say that she was seeing Lee Jong-suk, an actor who appeared alongside her in “Pinocchio”, in 2014 and 2015. They were seen together driving late at night, and were also seen travelling together in England and Hawaii – although everybody thought (and some of them still think) that the two were dating, they denied the rumors in 2015 by saying that they were just very good friends.
Another rumor which has not been confirmed by the actress is her dating the Korean actor Lee Min-ho – the two first met in 2013 and were thought to be dating in 2015 after Park denied the rumors of her dating Lee Jong-suk.
Park’s ideal man and thought on marriage
Thanks to the posts on her social media accounts and her interviews, we have an insight into what Park’s ideal man looks like and behaves – he has to be similar to her father, to value family, to be thoughtful and supportive. He should be around the same age as her, he should love sports, and respect her regardless of anything. The ‘ideal man’ shouldn’t take her out in public places as she doesn’t want people to recognize her, because then her date would be all over the news.
Park stated during an interview that she would like to marry at the age of 31 – she wants to explore the world and learn more things about herself before she settles down. She admitted to have had problems with maintaining relationships in the past, as none of them lasted more than a year, while stating that her career is to blame. Park is currently dating Choi Tae Joon, and it has been more than a year since the couple shared their first kiss – it seems as she has broken the ‘one year’ limit of her relationships, so maybe this one is going to last.
