William John “Billy” Miller II was born on 17 September 1979, in Tulsa, Oklahoma USA, so under the sign of Virgo and holding American nationality. His family moved to the south, and Billy grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Due to some troubles with his health, Billy spent over five years being a patient of Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Texas – he hasn’t forget all the good they did for him, and still supports the organization.
