The Net Worth of Malcolm Washington

How rich is Malcolm Washington? As of late-2019, sources inform us of a net worth that is close to $1 million, earned through success at his various endeavors.

One of the biggest sources of his wealth is his father, whose success in the entertainment industry has led him to a net worth estimated to be over $220 million. This apparently helped secure Malcolm a luxurious life, even though he hasn’t pursued a similar career.

Early Life and Education

There is very limited information about Malcolm’s life due to his parents making it a point to keep their privacy, and haven’t really encouraged their offspring to pursue similar careers. He grew up alongside a twin sister and two other siblings. He was very athletic at a young age, and loved playing basketball.

After matriculating from high school, he enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania. The private Ivy League university is one of nine colonial colleges founded prior to the Declaration of Independence. The school was founded by Benjamin Franklin and is the home of many professional as well as graduate schools.  Admissions is highly competitive with an acceptance rate of around seven percent. It is ranked the fourth best university in the US by “The Wall Street Journal” and has numerous distinguished alumni.

During his time there, Malcolm played for the school’s basketball team, but after graduating, it didn’t translate into a professional career in the sport.

Personal Life and Social Media

For his personal life, not much is known in terms of any of Malcolm’s romantic relationships, preferring to keep his private life away from the spotlight. Despite being the son of a famous actor, a lot of people noted how he doesn’t behave as if he is the son of a celebrity. His coaches and colleagues during college noted him to be a simple man. After graduating in 2013, nothing has been reported about his career endeavors.

One of the reasons why there is very limited information about his life is due to the fact that he doesn’t have any online presence; he doesn’t have accounts on any of the major social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. There are rumors that he also works in the entertainment industry in a background role, but this hasn’t been confirmed. His father doesn’t have online presence either, but established himself strongly way before the rise of social media, which is one of the reasons he stays relevant, despite the lack of a public online face.
