Deirdre Bolton was born on 21 September 1971 in Newton, Pennsylvania USA, so under the sign of Virgo and holding American nationality. Nevertheless, Deirdre left her work in the bank to pursue her journalistic career. In 1999 she joined Bloomberg TV in the position of finance-related news reporter. She also became the host of the alternative investments show entitled “Money Moves”. In 2007-2008 Deirdre appeared as a contributor in “The Early Show” on CBS on a weekly basis, discovering the most controversial projects and cases.

On 31 January 2014, Deirdre accepted the job offer from FOX Business Network (FBN), and got the position of host of the business-related show entitled “Risk & Reward”.
