She stayed in “General Hospital” for a year, then made a guest appearance in the series “Doogie Howser, M.D.”. In 1991, she would start appearing in other television series, mainly as a guest, including in “90210”, “Cheers”, “Beverly Hills”, and “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose”. Two years later, she got her second recurring soap opera role, being cast in the series “As the World Turns” in the role of Debbie Simon. Her character was a manic depressive, but according to an interview, Case really enjoyed the role.
