Vicky Karayiannis’ Personal Life

In terms of her personal life, Karayiannis was married to singer, songwriter and rock icon Chris Cornell. The two met in Paris during one of Cornell’s tour with his band Audioslave. Things moved quickly between the two, and in 2003, Cornell proposed at a bar in Paris. One year later, they decided to tie the knot, and had an intimate wedding in Paris. They have two children: daughter Toni Cornell and son Christopher Nicholas Cornell.

Chris Cornell was born Christopher John Boyle on the 20^th of July 1964. He was the lead vocalist of the bands Soundgarden and Audioslave, who came into the music industry in 1984, and immediately made a name for himself for his unique style, and incredible nearly four-octave vocal range. He is considered one of the pioneers and lead voices of the 1990’s grunge movement.

He was able to release four solo albums and one live album, as well as other albums with his bands. He is best known for his songs “Black Hole Sun”, “Hunger Strike”, “Nothing Compares 2 U”, “Say Hello 2 Heaven” and “Fell on Black Days” among many others.
