They divorced shortly after his confession and the divorce drew a lot of attention to many men who proclaim their devotion to God, but how a lot of them can’t maintain success in their marriage when they find popularity. Israel would later claim to the media that, despite divorcing, the two still remain as good friends, but they no longer make music together. Many speculated that Adrienne is the reason for Meleasa’s divorce from Israel. After the marriage, Adrienne became the step-mother to Israel’s children.
Meleasa would gain a huge increase in her wealth as she got essentially half of her former spouse’s property from their divorce, although specific details of their financial settlement are not known. Prior to their divorce, they shared a house together that was valued at nearly $800,000. Since the divorce and her husband’s remarriage, Meleasa has stayed away from the media spotlight; it is likely that she is still serving as a gospel singer in some capacity.
In the meantime, her former husband has been getting a lot of attention due to his eventual remarriage. Reports of he and Adrienne started being shown on media as they were seen together on a beach in Mexico. After the issue with Meleasa, he was put on indefinite leave from the church he was serving, Lakewood church, which is headed by Joel Osteen.
