Who is actress Bree Williamson?

Born Bree Williamson Roberts under the sign of Capricorn on the 28th of December 1979, in Toronto, Ontario Canada, Bree is a 38-year-old Caucasian actress now with American nationality, and perhaps best known to the world for her significant presence on the TV screen as Jessica Buchanan in the ABC soap opera TV series entitled “One Life to Live.” She has had a number of other roles in a variety of films and TV shows throughout her often lucrative acting career since 1999.

Early Life and Education

Bree got her name after Sabrina ‘Bree’ Duncan, a character from the TV series entitled “Charlie’s Angels” portrayed by Kate Jackson. She and her sister named Tarra were raised in her birthplace by parents of unknown names and professions. It is unknown when exactly she took an interest in what she does today, although it’s believed it happened during her college years. At some point during her high school years, she opened up a successful clothing store business along with her sister, which inspired her to eventually pursue a wider business, while she was also interested in psychology and women studies. As per her education, she first attended Bayview Glen School, and after matriculating in 1997, enrolled at the University of Toronto, where she graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in science. During her time in Toronto, she was also an active participant in community service.

Before completing her education, Bree already made her screen debut in a small role in an episode of the TV series entitled “Twice in a Lifetime.” Following her graduation, she had two support roles, then after two more TV series roles in 2002, she finally made her film debut as Andrea in “Adam & Eve.” 2003 was an inactive year for her, while in 2004 she was finally cast for her most significant role to date, as Jessica Buchanan in what became 690 episodes in “One Life to Live,” spread over the next 12 years, but meanwhile making appearances in “Gossip Girl” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” In 2012 she was cast for 11 episodes in a minor role in “Haven”, and in “Deception” for seven episodes in 2013, along with a TV film appearance in “Sins of the Preacher” the same year. She had only one role in 2014, but six in 2015, followed by four roles in 2016, one of which was in 26 episodes of “General Hospital.” She starred in four more titles in 2017, on one of which in “Private Eyes” she stayed until 2018. Lastly, after appearing in three episodes in a minor role this year, she is currently involved in a film that is in the post-production phase.

Love Life

Concerning Bree’s romantic life, nothing is known about her relationships prior to her first marriage. She dated Josh Evans before marrying him on the 29th of December 2005, however, they divorced in 2007, after which she began dating Michael Roberts, and they married in late 2008, and now have a son named McGregor Edward Roberts born in September 2010.

The Second Pick

Although Bree appeared on the show in 2004, she actually auditioned for “One Life to Live” in the late 1990s. However, she was denied participation in the series by the directors due to her appearance being similar to that of Erin Torpey, who was back then portraying Jessica Buchanan. She was assigned the role when Erin chose to leave the show.

A Known Feminist

Bree is also recognized for her efforts at making the world a better place for women. In 2006 she was the co-host for the Planned Parenthood Awards, where individuals and organizations that contribute to the protection of women’s rights are given recognition. Additionally, she made an appearance in a public service announcement concerning breast cancer awareness.

What is Bree Williamson’s Net Worth?

Have you ever wondered how rich Bree Williamson is, as of mid-2018? According to various authoritative sources, it has been estimated that the current total of Bree’s accumulated wealth is close to $2 million, made largely as an actress, particularly from her long-term screen presence as Jessica Buchanan in “One Life to Live.” As her career continues to develop, the said amount can be expected to increase.

Social Media Presence

Due to the major influence of social networks, it is nowadays an expectation for active actresses to nourish a close and active relationship with their fans, for the sake of increasing the popularity of the titles they’re working on, and thus their own net worth. Bree seems to be a regular subscriber, if not the leading example of this celebrity trend, as her presence is ubiquitous on most social networks. Although her Facebook account is private, her Twitter account has over 40,000 followers, and her Instagram account more than 12,000.
