Apparently an only child, Juanita was raised in her birthplace by parents of unknown names and professions. It’s unclear when she took an interest in any of the professions she eventually undertook over the course of her career, including any of her childhood hobbies. The name of her high school is unknown, but she began to do modeling during this part of her education. After her matriculation in 1977, it is unknown whether Juanita furthered her education.

Juanita had more than a few modeling gigs before changing her interests and landing the job of an executive secretary at the American Bar Association.
