He has played and voiced characters in more than 100 movies and TV series, while he’s perhaps known best for his starring role in the 2017 action adventure comedy movie “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle”.
It was directed by Jake Kasdan, also starred Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart, and follows four teenagers who’ve been sucked into a video game, and have to beat it to return to their normal bodies; the movie won five of the 20 awards for which it was nominated. Dwayne reprised his role in the 2019 sequel “Jumanji: The Next Level”.
